Our Story
Founded in 1997 in New Delhi, Semantics Trans Pvt. Ltd. was built with a straightforward purpose: to help businesses communicate accurately across language barriers. What started as a focused team of professional linguists has grown into a globally trusted translation and localisation company.
Today, we provide translation, interpretation, localisation, DTP, and subtitling and transcription services in over 200 languages, covering Indian, Asian, European, African, Islamic, and Polynesian language groups. Our network of 5,000+ registered translators includes dedicated in-house specialists for Urdu and five major Indian languages.
We combine industry-standard translation memory tools - Trados, Wordfast, MemoQ, and Memsource - with subject-matter expertise across pharmaceutical/ICF, legal, medical, technical, and financial content. We work in both MAC and PC environments and support all major typesetting and DTP platforms.
With a capacity of 2,000–15,000 words per day and a triple-layer quality assurance process, we deliver both speed and accuracy.
