Our Story
Founded in 1997 in New Delhi, Semantics Trans Pvt. Ltd. was built on a straightforward purpose: to help businesses communicate accurately across language barriers. What started as a focused team of professional linguists has grown into a globally trusted translation and localisation company.
Today, we provide translation, interpretation, localisation, DTP and subtitling & transcription services in over 200 languages, covering Indian, Asian, European, African, Islamic and Polynesian language groups. Our network of 5,000+ empanelled translators includes dedicated in-house specialists for Urdu and five major Indian languages.
We combine industry-standard translation memory tools - Trados, Wordfast, MemoQ and Memsource - with subject-matter expertise across pharmaceutical/ICF, legal, medical, technical and financial content. We work in both MAC and PC environments and support all major typesetting and DTP platforms.
With a capacity of 2,000–15,000 words per day and a triple-layer quality process, we deliver both speed and accuracy.
