Answers to the questions we hear most often about pricing, turnaround, certified translations and how we use AI in our work.

Within 1 hour during our working hours - 9am to 6pm Indian Standard Time (3:30am to 12:30pm GMT/UTC).

Pricing depends on the type of work:

Translation - priced per word, based on the final word count in the target language. For scanned documents where English is the target language, we also go by the final target word count; source-word pricing is possible but requires a manual count.
DTP / typesetting - priced hourly or per page. For a per-page quote we need to see the source document, ideally the live/editable file, or at minimum a PDF.
Subtitling - priced per word.
Audio recording / voiceover - priced per minute of video duration.

Roughly 2,000-15,000 words per day, depending on urgency. Any daily output above ~2,500 words needs to be split across more than one translator, since the text has to be shared between them - this can limit how much of a volume discount is possible on very high daily turnarounds.

Yes.

For all 10 standard scheduled Indian languages, where we work with court-certified translators.
For a number of Asian, African and Latin American languages, certified translators are also available.

Yes, AI is used where it suits the content and the client's preference - discounted rates apply when it is. We choose the AI engine based on language and subject matter (Sarvam AI for most Indian languages, for example, with other engines considered for Arabic and other languages depending on subject). Simple or internal content can go through AI plus a full human check. Pharmaceutical, legal and medical content always goes through complete human Translation-Editing-Proofreading (TEP), regardless of AI use elsewhere. Never. Client data is never used to train AI models - this is a strict part of our confidentiality policy.

Yes - on an annual basis or on a project-by-project basis, whichever you prefer.

Yes. We maintain a strong network of translators for rare "ethnic" languages across India, Asia and Africa, including languages spoken by tribal and minority communities.
